Chemetall acquires Artech Technologies
Effective November 16th 2010, Chemetall (Australasia) Pty Ltd has acquired the assets of Artech Technologies Pty Ltd, a specialty chemical company based in Geelong, Victoria, Australia.
Artech Technologies is a specialized supplier of high-quality metal working fluids and surface treatment technologies. Established in 2002 as a privately owned company, Artech Technologies´ customers are mainly located in Australia and New Zealand.
With the acquisition, Chemetall further strengthens its presence in the Australasia and South East Asia region and enlarges its product range for the metal working and surface treatment industry.
